We’re releasing 2 beers online!

Beer #1 SOUR MINOTAUR BATCH #4 (5.8% Sour Fruited IPA) This brew is a continuation of our sour fruited IPA series but with a new name & a fresh new label. This sour batch is made with a hefty amount of guava, pineapple, tangerine, & lactose. Pucker up because this one is SOUR!

We know it sold out quickly last time so we made a double batch!

Beer #2 UNDIVIDED (6.2% NEIPA with Raspberries) The brewing industry is a collaborative one and UNDIVIDED is a reflection of that. It’s an open-source beer project started by Aspetuck Brew Lab to benefit The Connecticut Brewers Guild. We’re joining forces with breweries across CT to brew variations of this IPA and donate a portion of the proceeds to the CT Brewers Guild to help our industry recover from the pandemic.

Our version of UNDIVIDED is a NEIPA brewed with raspberries & hopped with Azacca, Citra, Mosaic, Rakau.

Place your order Thursday night (1/28) for pick up over the weekend, starting Friday (1/29).
