Free Comic Book Day Fundraiser for the CT Beer Tour for a Cancer-Free Future at Labyrinth Brewing Co
The Stars have aligned and Free Comic Book Day 2024 happens to fall on May the Fourth (AKA Star Wars Day) and Labyrinth Brewing Company is Hosting a Special Event in Partnership with Geek.Bar to Support the CT Beer Tour for a Cancer-Free Future Fundraiser for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS).
Geek.Bar will bring Modern & Classic Comics, Vinyls as well as Geek-Culture & Pro-Wrestling Swag to the event! Geek.Bar will also provide a Complimentary Comic, Vinyl or Toy to anyone who donates to the CT Beer Tour for a Cancer-Free Future which will be making its final stops of a multi-month fundraising event for Blood Cancer Research for The Luekemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) this Saturday!
Our Guest of Honor is Brian Penry who is the artist behind Sonic the Hedgehog, Carmen Sandiego and the Logos of the WWF, WrestleMania & HulkaMania! He will be at Labyrinth Brewing Company from 330 to 530 ready to meet with fans and showcase his original designs! He will also be selling Autographs for $10.00 & Autograph + Picture Combo Packs for $25.00 with a portion of the proceeds going to support the CT Beer Tour for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS).
Labyrinth Brewing Company will also be Showing a Live Broadcast of WWE Backlash while Geek.Bar will have a Special Raffle featuring Tickets to WWE Raw on 5/6 as well as other Great Prizes from Local Comic & Vinyl Shop Partners, including; Comics & Coffee of Deep River, Most Excellent Comics & Gaming of Enfield, Comics & Collectibles of East Hartford, High Ground Comics of Providence and Paul’s Boutique Vinyls of Vernon!
Raffle Tickets are $5.00 each on-site, however, Special Packages of 3 Raffle Tickets for $12.00 are available in-advance on ezEvent and a portion of the proceeds from each Raffle Ticket sold will support the CT Beer Tour for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS).
